A LOVE LETTER TO...

With Valentines Day swiftly approaching, and the bleak current climate, I decided to start a new project.

A Love Letter To... is a series of letters addressed to the things in life that have brought me joy, donning the rose-tinted glasses to once more appreciate life and all its moments.
​
I will be uploading a new letter every Saturday.

Whilst at university, I was part of the editorial team that worked on this short story, in collaboration with The National Trust and author of The Clocks In This House All Tell Different Times, Xan Brooks.
​
I typeset the book using Adobe InDesign and worked with my team to edit manuscripts, produce promotional material, and interview potential illustrator candidates.

We are at home out here.
Wild women. Wise women.
People who follow only the current that electrifies the world.
With dirty feet, messy hair and eyes like wildflowers
That grow and bloom with every fresh thought that falls out of our mouths like blossoms on a summers breeze.
We wonder in even the smallest of things.
Especially the smallest of things.
To feel the sun on your cheeks, freckles emerging like flowers after a long winter.
